Margaret graduated from Washington School of Medicine, and received an MPH from Harvard University. She has taught at Toronto General Hospital, and has spent years involved in Global Medicine in South America and Africa. She is presently in charge of Education and Training, and the Operations Officer for the Clinic.

Dr. Zizmor received his B.A. from UC Berkeley, and his M.D. from Kansas University School of Medicine. He did his internship at Boston University Affiliiated Hospitals, and received his training in Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

As a coach, Julia uses a trauma-informed approach to work with clients to regulate their nervous systems and untangle them from the thoughts and narratives they are stuck in. She works collaboratively with clients to regulate their bodies using various somatic and mindfulness practices. Using an unfolding model, Julia helps clients meet the challenges and struggles they are facing with compassion and curiosity. Through this experiential process, clients realize and embody their innate resourcefulness, creativity, and strength so they can address their challenges and more skillfully navigate the complexity of their lives.
Julia’s areas of interest include working with clients who experience complex trauma and ADHD and working with people from marginalized communities.
Before becoming a coach, Julia worked for over 25 years in program design, popular education, and leadership development. Her career has prioritized working on issues related to equity and the elimination of racial, ethnic, and socio-economic disparities. She has a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr Chris Chen received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, and his MD degree from UC San Diego. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology, and is Board-certified in Anesthesiology. In addition, he has completed fellowships in Pain Management, Neurosurgical Anesthesia, and Cardiovascular Anesthesia.

Dr Sukanya Holmes did her undergraduate degree at Brown University, and received her MD degree from New York Medical College. She finished her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington, and is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Previously Dr. Holmes has worked for Kaiser, before joining our medical group.

Sarah Rothman is a licensed, NCCPA Board Certified physician assistant (PA-C) with a Certification of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry (CAQ-Psy). She obtained her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and completed graduate school at the Idaho State University (ISU) Physician Assistant (PA) Program. There, she earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree and certification as a physician assistant (PA-C). During her time at ISU, Sarah focused her Master's Capstone project on Adult Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, demonstrating her passion for understanding and addressing neurodevelopmental disorders. Sarah furthered her clinical skills and expertise by completing a 12-month Physician Assistant (PA) Post-Graduate Fellowship focused on Behavioral Health. This intensive program provided her with comprehensive training and advanced skill sets necessary to provide exceptional care to individuals with various psychiatric conditions.
