Initial Intake, Consultation and Evaluations:

• We accept most Insurances, including Medicare, and most PPO plans.  Our Insurance Verification Team will verify your insurance.
• If we are not in your plan or you are a Kaiser patient, then we charge $360 for an Initial Consultation  and $60 for Urine Drug Test
• We will work with your existing provider, but no referral is required.

IV Ketamine Session:

• IV Ketamine Sessions are not covered by Insurances.
• Even though we are one of the most experienced clinics in California, we charge a modest price of $660 per session
